November Employees of the Month
Even on the toughest days working with SPED students, Karlie Swingk never loses her smile or her upbeat attitude. It’s clear how much she cares about her students, and her dedication really shows in everything she does. She tackles each challenge with patience, warmth, and a strong sense of purpose.
Gelisa Langan has been doing an outstanding job in the classroom, showing up each day with a smile and an unwavering positive outlook, even on the more challenging days. Gelisa brings not only dedication but also gratitude, consistently showing appreciation for everyone who supports her and her students. Although I don’t often get to spend time in her classroom, each time I pass by, I’m struck by her organized approach and strong classroom management. Gelisa has truly made a positive impact, and it’s been a pleasure to have her as part of the Eisenhower family.
Elizabeth Buhlke is the glue of the school. Miss Elizabeth has helped two new administrators transition to Jefferson. We are lucky to have Elizabeth at Jefferson to help staff, students, and families.
Robyn Younghans is a dedicated teacher who brings lively energy to her classroom, Kids Klub, Soccer Teams, and Jefferson. Mrs. Younghans has a huge heart for her students. She advocates for ALL students and goes above and beyond to have an engaging classroom. She is a graduate of NPHS and has chosen to stay in her hometown and educate the next generation. She is a mentor to a new teaching partner this year. It has been a joy to watch Mrs. Younghans support her mentee but also watch her learn along the way as well.

October Employees of the Month
Not only does Stacy Dubois do an amazing job with the students at Cody, but she pitches in to help the office staff however she can. She is always willing to jump in or step up when there are multiple things going on in the office.
Stevie Reed works hard to ensure that her students are learning and engaging. She utilizes the engagement lab and dresses up as various people to help make her lessons more engaging for students. This month, Stevie has helped to take on the other 2nd grade class for the day when there was no substitute available.
September Employees of the Month
Kathy Shultz has many responsibilities, she drives the bus, rides the bus, and covers in classroom. She also helps ECP team with creating projects/Visuals for students and takes them on sensory breaks. The students love Miss Kathy and always light up to see a happy face either early in the morning or afterschool on the way home. She always is ready to work and has a positive attitude making it a great environment for staff.
Tammy Michaels is a great teacher, and goes above and beyond what is asked. This year, Tammy has helped us try something new by taking on a new class and has been so positive when it hasn't been easy.
August Employees of the Month
Madeline Rose has been a rock down in the life skills program. She is very dependable (never gone) and is willing to help out. She volunteered to help supervise the west side of the building when the 6th graders are being dropped off for the bus. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and never complains. She seems to have a good rapport with the staff in the building and also the students she works closely with.
Tiffany Johnson is an outstanding teacher.... BUT also a great person. Every year I am amazed how hard Tiffany works to reach all of her students, especially those who do not necessarily want to be reached. She always has a positive attitude and is always helping others. She has been a mentor to multiple teachers throughout her years here at Adams and has served on the CIP team, and is a team leader.
